When you place an order, there are a few steps before the item will arrive at your door. See the various order states below:
Pending - The merchant has received your order, and is currently processing it.
In Transit - Your item has been shipped out, and the merchant has updated your tracking details. You should be able to see the tracking number for the order.
Delivered - Your item has been delivered.
Completed - The order process is complete and payment will be released to the merchant. If you included the Escrow option, you have 3 working days to raise a dispute.
In Dispute - You have raised a dispute for this order, and our team is currently working to resolve this dispute.
